Teka has over 20 years’ experience of managing properties for some of the largest management companies in Southwestern PA. After witnessing smaller property owners and investors lacking access to quality management service, Teka began to offer her expertise as a contractor in 2017. Her ability to meet the needs of this underserved community inspired Teka to found Hardt Hospitality in 2021, where she can excel at providing the deserved service and experience that has been missing. Teka has experience with all types of properties, condos, apartments, to luxury estates, she knows that your home is important to you. She’s a jill-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from maintenance and leasing to bookkeeping and legal compliance!
Maurice joined Teka in 2018 as an assistant manager bringing over 10 years of exceptional customer service skills and 5 years of leading management experience. Holding an MBA degree, Maurice is equipped with the knowledge and experience to oversee the company’s financial procedures and financial strength. Providing clients with world class customer service is the top priority and an adage that Maurice believes is quintessential to the success of Hardt Hospitality. This makes him the man to go to for all your tenant management needs. From applications to tenant enquiries and evictions, Maurice’s calm, matter-of-fact attitude can handle all the work for you!
Martaka began her real estate career in 2013. Her experience as an administrative assistant is supplemented with years of experience as a leasing agent scheduling and providing tours for big box real estate companies. Marteka brings valued office support, problem solving, teamwork, and utilizing administrative experience and knowledge to help Hardt Hospitality and our customers. Marteka loves accommodating our traveling clients and knows all the hot spots around town! Her top priority is making sure your property is left just as it was found and being that point of contact for your guests!
