To keep maintenance and repair cost to a minimum, we will work with owners to offer multiple available options. We do not just help you manage properties, but seek to increase property value, which in turn increases revenue for property owners.
Every aspect of tenant relations is coordinated to maximize occupancy rate. The tenant-screening process provide the opportunity to obtain the correct tenants and connect them to the correct properties. We actively build relationships with each tenant beginning with the screening process. Our relationship building extends to every contact point with the tenant. This increases out retention rate and invites our tenants to recommend other well-qualified tenants. Sometimes tenants do need to part ways do to life taking them in another direction and when they leave we do walk throughs, clean outs where we prepare unit for next tenant.
